Create returns labels automatically

Automatic label generation is crucial for the optimization of returns process. AfterShip Returns Center allows you to create returns labels automatically instead of manually uploading them.

💡 Do you know? To streamline the returns process, requests can be auto-approved.  

Currently, the auto-label feature is supported for nine couriers [UPS, USPS via Endicia, DHL, FedEx, Australia Post, Seko Logistics (Omni Parcel), Star Track, Canada Post, and Correos Spain]

🔧 Setup auto label generation 

  1. Setup your shipper account in Postmen
  2. Add a new API key
  3. Go to returns methods page > Edit default method under the desired zone
  4. Enable Ship with a returns label > Set up Postmen account > Enter the API key
  5. Enter required details > Enable auto-approval (optional)
  6. Save changes

The label along with shipping instructions will be sent to shoppers via email. Also, they can download it from the returns page.
