 Returns Center provides a streamlined return management solution to completely manage the entire return workflow and is loaded with a host of updated features like :

  • Track all return statuses in one interactive dashboard
  • Branded returns page with new theme, favicon and hero image and much more

 You can set up an automated returns process for your online stores in minutes with the help of AfterShip Returns Center in just four simple steps:

1. Insert the Returns Page URL on your store menu



2. Customize your Returns page by adding your store logo, favicon, theme colour, connect your social media accounts and much more under Settings -> Returns Page.

3. Customise the solutions supported such as

(a) Refund to your original payment method,

(b) Exchange,

(c) Refund to store credit 

and enter the reason for returns supported under Settings -> Returns Settings.

4. Customize the Returns method such as

(a) Returns Label provided by merchant

(b) Courier of customer's choice

(c) In-store return

under Settings -> Returns method

5. You can choose the Returns eligibility rules as below under Settings -> Eligibility rules



6. Customize the Email template with the 'from email address' of your choice and for each of the returns statuses as shown below under Settings -> Customize Email
