How to track the Return item?

This article describes what does each tracking status means and how to add tracking number.

a) Adding a tracking number:

Once the return request is approved by the merchant, the customer will be able to see the tracking number field on their return page.

Customer needs to provide the tracking number in the tracking number field and select the courier for the same. Please note if the courier is not present in the list then the customer can select ‘Others’ as a courier option.

The given image shows the approved return request with the tracking number.

You can track the shipment by clicking on the track shipment button.

c) What does each Delivery status mean?

Status

Description

Info Received

Carrier has received request from shipper and is about to pick up the shipment.

In Transit

Carrier has accepted or picked up shipment from shipper. The shipment is on the way.

Out for Delivery

Carrier is about to deliver the shipment , or it is ready to pickup.

Failed Attempt

Carrier attempted to deliver but failed, and usually leaves a notice and will try to delivery again.

Delivered

The shipment was delivered successfully.

Exception

Custom hold, undelivered, returned shipment to sender or any shipping exceptions.

Expired

Shipment has no tracking information for 30 days since added.

Pending

New shipments added that are pending to track, or new shipments without tracking information available yet.
