Return items: How to upload the image?

To provide the option for your customers to upload the image of the damaged products, please follow the steps illustrated below:

 

  • Make sure you have marked the Image Upload field “Visible” in your Return Center’s settings as shown in the image


 

  • Customers will be able to upload the image of the damaged product while processing the return.


  • The return request will be shown to the merchant with the image of the damaged product as shown in the given image

 

  • You can process the return request accordingly
