To provide the option for your customers to upload the image of the damaged products, please follow the steps illustrated below:
- Make sure you have marked the Image Upload field “Visible” in your Return Center’s settings as shown in the image
- Customers will be able to upload the image of the damaged product while processing the return.
- The return request will be shown to the merchant with the image of the damaged product as shown in the given image
- You can process the return request accordingly
