Modify branded returns page display languages

Offer a personalized experience to shoppers with a customized branded returns page. Shoppers can change the default language from a drop-down menu on the branded tracking page.

✏ Customize display language

  1. Go to Settings > Add languages
  2. Select languages you want the branded returns page to be displayed in
  3. Set default language > Submit

As of now, we support eight languages (Chinese, English, French, German, Japanese, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish, and Turkish) for users subscribed to the Growth or above plan. Once the display language is modified, only the static content of the returns page will be changed.
