Need ability to input an RMA from my wholesalers

I purchase products from several wholesalers and manufacturers.  As a result, when there is a return, the company I ordered the item from generates the RMA number for me to provide my customer, not me.  Therefore, I need the ability to use the RMA number I'm given to pass on to my clients rather than the number generated by this application.

  • We can change the customer email sent on manually approved returns to include the wholesaler RMA number but this conflicts with the app generated RMA number in the return request.  Aftership could simplify this by removing the RMA out of the return request title this would be a much clearer process.  

    I am a little surprised that Aftership has not responded to this issue posted initially on April 4, 2018.
