Add "Notes" to a return.

WOULD BE GREAT IF WE COULD ADD NOTES OR COMMENTS TO EACH SPECIFIC RMA IN THE RETURNS CENTRE SO STAFF MEMBERS CAN COMMUNICATE OR PICK UP WERE OTHERS HAVE LEFT OFF WITH THE CUSTOMERS. 

IN SOME INSTANCES CUSTOMERS CHANGE THEIR MIND ABOUT WHETHER THEY WANT A CREDIT OR AN EXCHANGE BUT NOW WE ARE UNABLE TO ADD A NOTE TO THE RETURN TO SIGNIFY THESE REQUESTS OR CHANGES.
