Add "Notes" to a return.

WOULD BE GREAT IF WE COULD ADD NOTES OR COMMENTS TO EACH SPECIFIC RMA IN THE RETURNS CENTRE SO STAFF MEMBERS CAN COMMUNICATE OR PICK UP WERE OTHERS HAVE LEFT OFF WITH THE CUSTOMERS. 

IN SOME INSTANCES CUSTOMERS CHANGE THEIR MIND ABOUT WHETHER THEY WANT A CREDIT OR AN EXCHANGE BUT NOW WE ARE UNABLE TO ADD A NOTE TO THE RETURN TO SIGNIFY THESE REQUESTS OR CHANGES.

  • YES, YES, YES PLEASE add this feature.  It would save so much time and effort to not have to redo work because other employees do know some specific instructions about a RMA.

    It is so frustrating not to be able to leave a note or instructions!!

    Also, need to be able to change the action taken on an RMA when a customer changes their mind-happen all the time.
