Ability to set return policy X days after delivery

It would be great to be able to set the number of days to accept a return based on the date it was delivered instead of the order date. We accept returns 14 days past delivery.

It would be easy to integrate this with Aftership to get the data.

  • I agree, setting a return policy based on Delivery Date or Shipped Date, rather than order date would make more sense for our business.

    Great suggesion, I hope it gets implemented!

  • Just ran into this issue with my 3rd aftership return. I can see where this is going to be a recurring problem, possibly to the point this app is unusable for us. The limitation must be based on the delivery date and not when the order was placed. You could make it an A/B option in the console but it's hard to imagine anyone really wanting it the way you have it now.

  • This makes more sense than having a return window with respect to delivery date. Will be much better.

  • This is Important for me as well. And for many others as it’s voted high on feature request, But this was requested in 2018 and we are now in 2020, why has aftership not made any update to the app?
