AFTERSHIP app needs to have access to "real time" inventory


When customers are making exchanges they need to able to access our inventory so they will know whether the item they want for the exchange is actually available.

Right now we have to send a separate email and hope they see it.  Then go back and for them to what is available and at the same price point.  It's very time consuming.

  • Agreed! Especially since Return requests cannot be edited, it creates a lot of additional legwork.
