To do a return in Brazil the main carrier is Correios and it use a system called Reverse logistic. To use it the company needs to make a request and than they send a clearance authorization code so that the customer can go to their agency and with that number send the item back. This number is not the same as the tracking code.
So i`d like to request that we can do a 2 times step for this.
1- Aproval: We send the clearance authorization code.
2-Tracking: We than send the tracking code back to the customer and the aftership do the shippment received update with that code.
It will be a great addition, since the custumers keep asking if the package arrived and so on...
