I have a specific question regarding the returns center in the Shopify app. Can I separately control a 14-day return policy and a 1-year warranty I am offering on my products?
For example I want to refund clients fully if they return a product within 14 days. After 14 days however I want to provide them a repair on their product, thus not providing a refund.
Is it possible to track two different timelines for one product separately for refunds and warranties in the returns center?
