We'd like to see a feature whereby the customer is advised of a different return address based on the reason selected.
E.g. if they are returning because the item is faulty, then we'd want the item returned to our workshop. However, if the item is being returned simply because they changed their mind, then we can route is straight back to the warehouse.
This seems like a VERY common use case and I'm surprised no software OOTB has it.
If AfterShip could do something like this then it would be great.
