Turn off new return request notifications emails

I received this new return request email to my personal email, I asked support how to turn these off they said you couldn’t if you have 500 returns it means I will receive 500 emails to my personal email informing me of return request and I can’t turn these notifications, it seems kind of ridiculous. You need to be able to turn these off. If a business is actively checking the return centre everyday then I don’t need to receive 500 emails notifying me of customer return requests.
